- 100% of LaAmistad After School students meet or exceed the CRCT reading standards
- 93% of LaAmistad After School students meet or exceed the CRCT math standards
- 90% of After School students read on grade level
- LaAmistad served about 100 students from preschool through high school, helping them achieve their academic and personal ambitions
- Our students are able to compete with their peers academically and maintain their A/B averages.
- Six LaAmistad students placed in Atlanta independent schools such as Pace Academy, The Westminster Schools, The Howard School and The Cottage School
- Two-time winner of the Atlanta Public Schools’ A+ Achievement Award for Outstanding Mentoring Program
- More than 375 volunteers shared a surplus of 7,000 hours of service as they supported LaAmistad through their time and talent.
- 48 Students participated in LaAmistad’s Animate Summer Camp at The Westminster Schools from LaAmistad and Garden Hills Elementary School
- LaAmistad English for Successful Living at Peachtree Presbyterian Church and Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church served more than 300 adult students this past year alone so that they may acquire self-sufficiency and better support for their families.
- 4,500 Graduates of LaAmistad English for Successful Living since its founding
- 50 Latino After School parents were provided with 30 Parent Workshops in collaboration with our partner Renovación Conyugal in parent education supporting efforts to strengthen family relationships, develop conflict management skills, and understand the importance of education
- 100 Children sent to Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool by LaAmistad since inception.
